  2. Provide clear photos or video proof (full pair, tags, flaws).

  3. Our team will assess the case and issue a return authorization if valid.

  4. Customer may be asked to return the item to a designated address at their cost unless it's our mistake.

⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


💵 Refund Policy

  • Full refund if the order is not shipped within the promised timeframe.

  • Partial refund or reshipment for eligible quality issues.

  • No refund once tracking shows "Delivered" unless valid complaint with proof.

  • Refunds are processed via original payment method (USDT / BTC / transfer), or store credit.
